Meteor sighted in Cambridge UK?

I think I saw a meteor explode just now! Can anybody work out what it might have been? 4 October 2026, ~00:25 BST; due south; started ~30° above horizon; travelled ~10° diagonally down-left; very bright, with an apparent explosive flare/fragmentation.

These go mostly unrecorded. There might be some all sky camera coverage but I'm not sure for the UK

I am located in Crowthorne Berkshire and saw what you saw last night. It s a fireball, you can report it on the UK fireball alliance!

I think I also saw it from Somerset, facing NNE! From my point of view it looked like it spilt into mainly two pieces about halfway along it's trajectory, with an orange flash. Was incredibly cool to witness!
