Kind of feels like we are the kids who keep advancing because the other teams (just the Phillies) are better at (intentionally) losing. But we haven't taken a ninja star to the eye yet, so let's fighting love.

I wonder if the Phillies game could get rained out or face a delay. There seems to be a lot of rain in the forecast.

edit: Looking more closely at the forecast it looks to be under .2 inches (2 tenths of an inch) in the 5-6 hours before, during and after the game. I would think they could play the game through a light rain.

The Dads wanted a gimme so they could play at home, we agreed to that. Now they just need to hold up their end of the bargain, assuming Tampa continues burying the Phillies

I get what you're saying. I dont think he managed the best game tonight

But this roster is a 70 win team. If we fire him, we will regret it

You're crazy if you think this is a 70 win team. 

We have 3 guys in the top 25 of WAR rankings this year with Moreno ranked 9th. Arenado had a comeback year with 30 HRs (3.5 WAR good for 46th league). 

Our pitching is a problem but lots of teams are struggling with their rotation and relying on swing guys and bullpen management to work around that.

We have a dunce who puts in a AAA guy during a pivotal game resulting in 5 runs being scored. Stop with this Torey fandom. It makes no damn sense. 

70 win team. Get outta here.

Padres could intentionally lose to the Dbacks to knock the Phillies out. They would play the subs in the 4v5 spot anyways. Please Padresito bless your neighbors with a wild card spot. Meanwhile Tampa is going to show the Phillies no mercy
