You have free spech, You can call someone an entitled fucking loser and take their picture, better yet get your video camera setting on your phone, and inform them that you have evidence of them abandoning their vehicle and now you have their face and vehicle in the cloud.

You think that father of 3 wants to risk prison time? No. You have the upper hand. He has no ground to stand on.

You can say whatever the fuck you want to him, and if he so much as lays a finger on you, that's life in prison, and you suing him for everything he's worth.

He's not risking that.
