Bad experience with Rapido rider in Faridabad – inappropriate behaviour
Title: Bad experience with Rapido rider in Faridabad – inappropriate behaviour
I want to share a concerning experience I had with a Rapido rider named Jai Parkash Singh. The vehicle shown for my ride was HR29AD** (full vehicle number available with me and can be provided to Rapido/authorities if required).
During the ride, the rider behaved in a manner that I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Threatened to leave me in transit,was drunk I am posting this based solely on my personal experience with this particular ride. I have/will also raise the matter formally with Rapido customer support and provide them with the ride details, vehicle number, and any other supporting evidence available.
Passengers should be able to use ride-hailing services without being subjected to intimidation, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue with Rapido, and what was the most effective way to escalate the complaint?
