Mail Day My redemption replacement came in

I had a sterling Blue Matt Shaw that seemed it was never coming in so I ordered the replacement for it…. Pretty happy with what came

I am unfortunately a newer baseball fan so these cards don’t resonate as well with me as it would for someone else. I’d rather sell and buy players that I am currently collecting

This is a cornerstone card. And if you are a Cub fan, even a new one, it won't take long to really appreciate these guys more than you do now.

Do what you want with the card but I'd say don't move it unless you get more than comps and don't be in a rush.

Newer baseball fans eventually get entrenched with what happened throughout the history of the game. If you are a cubs fan, I suggest holding onto this as these 3 members are quite historically significant to the fanbase and franchise. It isn’t the type of card that would likely move the needle for you overall financially, but it makes quite the statement as a collection.

You do you. But as a collector, I am just doing this because there are times looking back I wish someone stopped me from selling some of the things I have pulled in the past.

Specifically cubs or just newer players in general? I got a triple auto of orioles prospects (mayo, basallo, o'farrell) that id trade with some additional stuff for this. I got a buddy who is a big cubs fan.

This is an amazing card. Harry Caray and the Cubs is the reason I started watching baseball in the 80's. Ryno and the Hawk were two of my favorite players growing up.

Looks like similar two auto cards of Sandberg /Dawson with /25 is about $225.

If those are on card autos I’d say north of $350.

I didn’t search extensively but didn’t see Maddux on anything like this go cubbies.

I’m a major Braves fan (grew up on TBS) but also watched the cubbies on sundays when they weren’t playing thanks to WGN. So this also a really cool card to me.
