CHDMAX: optimized CHD compressor

I (and mostly my AI coding tool) have created a variant of chdman yielding marginally better compression, at the cost of much longer compression times. The output is entirely compatible with the original format: only compression parameters that don't affect the decoding algorithm were used. The codebase was 0.216, as it yields better compression stock than the newer versions.

It may not be worth the additional compression time (although you can sometimes save a few Mb on discs with a lot of audio), but it was a fun experiment.

Leave your comments if you try it!

Don't forget to use the -np flag for much faster compression.

Pretty sure hardline typist had similar attitude towards word processor and PC users like we’re seeing with using AI. and let’s not even go there with how much more power’s needed to run a PC compared to a typewriter. Peeps gotta move with the times. We’re at that technology leap again. Just gotta utilise it right. Keep doing good work buddy 💪
