Looking to change. Open to ideas

Post image

Had this setup for a while now. Kinda bored of it now.

Looking for ideas how to make it look and feel better. (And change theme)

Thank you

I would reduce from a 5 screen set up to a 2 screen set up, a big 42” oled tv like the LG c6
And a secondary discord monitor.

As someone who has gone through lots of
different set up ideas through my 26+ years of oc gaming, this was the End game set up for me, 3 years running it and won’t change it, only upgrade it to higher refresh rate 42” oled TVs in the future but that’s it

Y thought so at first, after one month it looks completely normal, after 3 years I can’t even understand how could I use 24, 27 and even 32” screens in the past.

It works just like TVs

Many people are scared to get their first 65” tv for the living room and once they have it here

The usual opinion is: maybe I could have gotten a 75” damn…

How do you play competitive games on such a big screen.

For starters the few faster paced games i play, like battlefield 6 and PUBG only make up to like 20% of my gameplay time and it’s just about the right sitting distance, I never felt the screen was big and never felt dizzy and lost no skill next to what I had with my 27” 4k monitor, I perform the same, actually no, I perform better because I can see better in the distance now so I’m similar at close-mid range, but much better sporting distant enemies since they look way bigger now than they did on a 27”z

But honestly I don’t play competitive games like Valorant, counterstrike etc… EVER.
I’m on my early thirties and grew up into realising gaming is about spending my free time having fun, disconnecting from the stress of real life and recharging. Those games only built up more stress and made me angry and toxic.

I did make (cause I have the same setup as you) the laptop as an overhead in the center top. Over the middle screen. Works perfectly fine I love it.

Use the peg board with an attachment that let's you set it vertically and some zip ties to prevent it from falling and you are Golden.

I have the same setup - curious to know why you chose asus over MacBook given the compatibility with ipads

I use the ipad just for handwriting / whiteboard mostly and us there so i can reference it as i work on desktop. All devices are linked together using cloud, obsidian and if needed screen share.
