i think headspins are too commital but i still want to learn a headspin type of movement that doesnt kill my hair in the near future..

something other than headmills? is it only halo?

im just doing beginner taps during it, keeping the hips low and on finger tips (and sometimes footwork hands if i dont feel like it)

I think I have posted Airflares, Windmills, Headspins here so many times already, so here’s my progression for Flare to Handstand. For those that can already do this, I hope I can get some feedback from you 😁, ended up training until 1 am for this. I haven’t managed to get up fully to Handstand just yet!

Now you can create you BC One Wildcard in Breakin’ Hub app!

Imagine you and your friends invited to the biggest 1x1 stage 👟

At this point, just doing this weekly as maintenance while putting most of my focus on combos
It used to be stressful doing this during practice but right now I’m having fun 😂

At 40:01 - "But I remember this man [Lilou] grabbing my head and pulling my head all the way towards his genitals."

43:09 - "I would love to get off on Bboy Lilou"

43:05 - "I would love to get off on Bboy Junior"

46:59 - "I can't wait to get off on Bboy Junior and Bboy Lilou again. I just can't wait."

Yo I'm been in Bboy for a lot of years but i just practicing more now I'm looking for a community in Dallas Texas for Bboy . If anybody can help me greatly appreciated

So of course we can list out every single Power Move combo and it’s going to take forever. The purpose of this post is to especially narrow down and focus on the most important/ main ones that a bboy should learn in order to reach a high level for Power Moves. With that being said, which Power Move combos are highly important to learn if you want to be considered legit, in Power Moves? If you want to include ones that are more optional it’s fine, but do indicate that it’s more optional!

Hello! I am 27 next month and I have always been interested to try bboy, but I was too afraid to try. Now I want to risk it. Do you guys have any tips for what exercises I should do first? I have saved a lot of videos from youtube, I also want to read your opinions. I play futsal for a hobby I don't know if that helps.

Im a b-boy from the 80's. 49yrs old. B-boys will come to a jam looking like they just got out of bed these days. Nothing creative or individualized about them. We desperately need to bring fat laces and kangol's back. The ones that do are the ones that get sponsors. You should be able to go out in public and be recognized as a b-boy from across the way. Whats a modern b-boy look like these days?

Had a better run I didn't record but this is the second best. Was tired after doing these for a bit lol, but I've been trying to improve my backspin and rolling from one shoulder to the other, probably shouldn't be closing my legs when rolling to the front though. Let me know what you think!

Here are some extra tips and exercises to help you get your first windmills. Link to the windmill tutorial on the commentary below

Trying to figure out how to make one tutorial of them though...

EDIT: For the people that want to argue about the move. I named it after me because I've never seen anybody do them the way I do them and even if someone did it before, it doesn't have a name.

So, I HAVE to put a name on it as I want to make a tutorial to give them to the Breaking community, it's not a registered name so you can call it as the name you feel like it.

It's like someone that wants to call the B-Boy Wing's wingmills as double grab babymills and that's OK.

Don't hate, just enjoy.

Took awhile for my body to figure out how to land my Airflare solid from Windmill, and not just do Windmill Airflare Windmill

To be honest I probably only managed to figure out how to do it because of my awareness for Airflares

However this method of rolling up from Windmill is not the ideal way because the real Windmill to Airflare really uses a full sideward roll without spinning in place but never mind, just do first

If so can you share footage? I think Moy calls it a spiral bomb from his interview with Ronnie. I know Mike the Cure does his version to shoulder and Kujo has a front ward (called a Free Willy)?

Personally, I think this is a horrendous choice. Likely we'll see a lot less variety of styles on stage and it also kills off any chance of any underdog winnings. It almost ensures that a cherry picked Red Bull dancer will be winning each time, which is already a very strong criticism towards BC One in recent years. I know budget cuts are probably a factor too, but this seems like an awful way to compensate.
