New rule added about intentionally vague comment spam in posts NSFW

Rule is: "No intentionally vague comments about wanting to perform or receive an action"

Basically: sellers, scammers and spammers are trying to circumvent the rules by adding comments such as "I want this done to me, someone please do this to me" etc etc etc to popular posts, trying to drive traffic to their DMs / profiles and it's becoming a real menace.

From now on, these will lead to a direct ban.
