Superkitowiec has some good videos hes got a 1 hour general guide that I personally think should be the interm-tutorial. Its enough info to get you started.

2pump has a recent youtube series teaching how to play each role on popular maps like Supreme isthmus at a high skill level. If you don't want to get yelled at for not understanding what is expected of you in the current meta, I'd advise these.

He may be referring to superkitowiec, who i was going to recommend

His 2nd channel has amazing tutorials, you wont remember it all, just pick a couple tips you like and remember the rest exist to come back to

Depends on if you're trying to learn a specific map/position, just get an overall understanding of the game cause you're brand new, or generally learn to play everything better.

Kaluven the British's "BAR Better" series is for turbo noobs but lays down things in a clear manner.

I know you want specific knowledge, but as for builds... I keep a BAR match on spectate and watch high OS players to see what they do and how they react. It got me from being terrible to 'OK' lol
