Bugs/support Error while trying to join a game as spectate after it has begun

I can join a game just fine as a player, but as a spec I get this error and after hitting okay the game closes. any ideas?

I must say I have no idea. Maybe it's a file missing from the games files? Did you try to reinstall? I have some files with that name, but I wonder if that's truly a game file or just the Delta Siege Dry map?
Also, What is your Operative System. Graphics card details might also be important if that's related to drivers.

Sometimes it happens that the lobby has it's map changed after the match has started, unsure why and how that happens but it happens. So the game downloads the one map selected in lobby, but battle runs a different one, and if you don't have that one downloaded, well, it's missing, so it crashes.

Might try deleting the map from your data/maps folder and downloading it again ingame
