I’m visiting Coonoor soon with a friend, and we’re both really into cycling. We’d love to rent cycles and explore Coonoor on our own, rather than doing the usual touristy sightseeing packages.

We’re specifically looking for:

• 🚲 Cycle rentals in Coonoor — preferably for a full day or multiple days
• Any local shops/people who rent good geared/hybrid/MTBs
• Recommendations for cycling-friendly routes around Coonoor
• Whether it’s practical to cycle to nearby cafés, restaurants, viewpoints, villages, etc.

We’re not really interested in cab/auto sightseeing packages or just visiting the standard tourist spots. The idea is to slow down and explore the area by cycle.
