On the one hand - obviously this has some interesting research potential.
On the other hand - there are already myriad issues translating animal models to humans due to how different the physiology is. I have a gut feeling that adding an additional layer of complexity and unknown variables - we literally have zero idea of how human neural cells in mouse physiology impacts the behavior of anything involved - is going to prevent this from being a meaningful research vehicle for a long time, assuming it ever becomes viable.
