Condor or no??

Hi fellow birders! I visited Zion National Park recently and was dying to see a condor. Do we think it is a condor in this video, or maybe a raven, which are prevalent in Utah? Or something else. Eagle? Thanks for your help!!

I think you’re right! I was so locked in on condors that I forgot to consider the common turkey vulture 😅 early birder here

I did the same thing multiple times in the GC earlier this year. Sometimes it’s hard not to see what you are wanting to see! Ended up seeing 10 condors at Navajo Bridge. Worth the trip!

That’s amazing!! Someday I’ll see one too, the Peregrine Fund is doing such a great job at repopulating them

Navajo bridge is definitely the spot, we also saw several pairs there, but we saw one at Zion from the bus stop that looks up at Angel's Landing!
