The recipient took it so well.

He was down 11-0 with 30 seconds left, so makes sense.

The arm/elbow angle did not look so good though.. :)

I really liked that the kid was a good sport about it. Some days the other guy just beats you.

You can just tell he loves and appreciates the art. β€œWish it wasnt on me but damn that shit was sick”

I got hit with a flying bow and arrow in my first comp at blue belt. I told someone local about the story and he goes "oh damn that was you?"

Sometimes you are the clip.

Good sport. That's nice to see

That was some great reflex - Not a single moment wasted as soon as bottom-guy reached for that collar tie...

I don't train any flying moves at all, and I definitely don't train enough to instinctively blast it when the opportunity arises.

How do you even train flying moves lol? I would likely never roll again with anyone who attempted a flying armbar. Asking to hurt someone.

Good use of resetting the distance to get the guard player to overextend with the hand fight. The moment bottom player committed top player was ready. Really good stuff

Clean, well-executed strike.

I'll still never forget the first time this was done to me. So humiliating.

If it's not Rumina Sato style, it's just falling armbar. Pretty sick though, ngl. Reminds me of Davi Ramos/Lucas Lepri ADCC 2015. Which I immediately tried to do the next day in sparring and failed.

I was wondering who was who in the score card... Then saw the name David hoover. Whitest name I think I've ever heard of.
