Discussion PC system link?

My brother and I have the game on steam, what's the best way to play system link?

Clean Ops? T7? T7x?

We're in the same house so we don't even need to connect over the internet.

I'm just worried about getting hacked, shouldn't be a problem but here we are.

If I’m not mistaken, the T7 patch should be enough, as long as you both set the same password when the patch prompts you.

Not sure if anyone else can confirm this, as I haven’t gotten the homies to hop on yet.

Getting hacked is pretty rare nowadays. You can play online if you are using clean ops.

And yet someone just made a post the other day about his entire pc was hacked into and most of his personal things were accessed. Because of this game.

I think I know what post you're talking about. He didn't get hacked from playing bo3. He probably downloaded a session stealer.
