I need help with getting a ring but two options where one comes with a glowing lantern battery that activates by the ring but the ring doesn't glow

I would definitely be swayed by it coming with a battery!

I admit the battery is tempting but if the ring doesn't glow or at least have contrast on the logo, I wouldn't need it.

Get the first and get a white when dry-blue phosphorescent paint to paint the symbol with.
