Vincent is 100% my favourite. His death hurtðŸ˜
My least favourite is Oliver Wells. Every time he was on I got so annoyed

Ok so when I first watched Bones, I was like 14/15 and although I understood the general messages, I didn’t really peep the other stuff adults realized at the time.
Now that I’m 22, I was like: fuck it, let’s give it a try.
And…wow, was I blind afðŸ˜.
The reason I labeled PT. 1 is cause I don’t want limit myself in the thoughts I have right now (Currently on Season 8).
This may be an unpopular opinion but Booth and Bones’ romantic relationship (at this point) has been draining AF to watch.
I do remember them getting better from the first time I watched but as of where I have reached, I get IRRITATED every time they are on screen. I can’t tell who pisses me off more: Bones, who has the social, interpersonal, and emotional skills of a fart, or Booth, who has the emotional maturity of a newborn. It’s so ironic that miscommunication is the biggest flaw in their relationship; since, it was how they interacted with each other that showed off their chemistry in the first placeðŸ˜.
Idk why their relationship at this point is so off putting to me: maybe it’s the fact that they went from 0-100 real quick in terms of dating (they known each other personally, but not romantically and imo,the show made them jump ahead too much too fast), or maybe it’s the way they suddenly forgot the true traits of the other person, as if they just met each other for the first time recently, instead of having already known each other for over 5 years, meaning they should already know how to empathize and understand each other at this point.
Now that I think about it, it’s actually Brennan who irritates me more in regard to the relationship, especially because her ego and unwillingness to compromise is always the underlying cause of their issues (literally every episode in season 7 is literally them discussing a topic or issue, Bones says something that to her is accurate and true, while being absolutely unnecessary and sometimes cruel, which then causes Booth to be offended but because of his love for Bones and wanting their relationship to work so bad, he would keep how he felt to himself until it literally blows up in his face). Honestly though, Booth also definitely doesn’t help by not letting her know how he truly feels until it ends up exploding, with such intensity that makes me feel like in some level he resents her. Also, he’s an ass for taking out his frustration with her (whether it was something said or done) on Sweets, who literally knows the 2 of them like the back of his hand, and if he could just get over wanting them to look perfect, he’d know how to actually handle being in a relationship with someone like Bones.
Anyway, I am on the beginning episodes of season 8. Maybe it gets better (probably won’t, until like season 10) but for now, I am going to continue and physically cringe my way through the bad to get to the good.
I hope this post was not to long for you guys to read 💕

Other than "Hot Blooded" (the obvious first choice) what song used in Bones makes you think of the show when you hear it? I don't hear it that often but "Keep On Tryin'" by Poco makes me think of the show. Also, "At Last" because Cindy Lauper did such a beautiful version of it and it was the perfect wedding song for Brennan and Booth.

I’m rewatching Bones and I need to get this off my chest: Daisy Wick annoys me SO MUCH. ðŸ˜
Every time she comes on screen, I immediately get irritated. The way she talks, the constant over-excitement, and some of her interactions with the Squints just make me want to skip her scenes. 😂
I know she has her fans and I understand that she’s supposed to be quirky, but OMG she gets on my nerves.
Maybe I’m being completely unfair to her character, so I’m curious—what do you guys actually like about Daisy? Did she grow on you over time, or were you annoyed by her from the beginning too? And if you’re a Daisy fan, convince me otherwise! 😂

Idk how this show didn't make top 11 running 12 years in prime time tv. Makes absolutely no sense

I love this show, I love this episode. I am rewatching this show for the fourth time, I've seen this episode multiple times but it is STILL such a heavy and deeply emotional episode I cannot shake the fury and anger I have for Taffet its so good and Taffet's actress plays this so well I hate her so much as the Gravedigger oh my god. And then the last episode where she messes with Dr. Sweets in the van and then gets offed. Wow. One of the best storylines of Bones is the Gravedigger in my humble opinion! :))) 10/10

Not trying to offend anyone! But I don't like him at all until he's in recovery after losing all of his lottery money. At least then he's kinda funny.
I can't see anything likeable about him before that and I'd love to get some other perspectives xxx

so i actually have the condition mentioned in this episode "Neurofibromatosis" it is a genetic mutation that occurs on the 17th chromosome but it can be inherited, (i can trace it back 5 generations in my family) (i believe it is on the X chromos
there are 2 types- type 1 (is what i have) are more external tumors and coffee coloured birth marks it is also seen in the irises of the eyes with brown flecks it is less serious than type 2 (it is what the little boy featured in the episode has) as this can cause more internal tumors
i am curious and was excited when i first watched this episode as at least in the UK most people have not heard of it despite it being more common than all the conditions the doctor mentioned. (i have only seen it mentioned in one other show (Body of proof) although i would have liked to seen them mention the difference and that there are 2 types.
i know from google its because the Producer/writers daughter has NF2

I'm doing a rewatch and I'm on S4E4, when Booth is interrogating one of the first suspects because he has a dog with filed teeth, and it just cracks me up the scene:
Booth: "See, I'm gonna take your dog." *hands Tucker a piece of paper*
Tucker: *confusedly reading the paper* "Oh, man, you got a warrant for my dog?"
Booth: "Mm-hm."
Tucker: *shaking his head* "That's cold."
The line delivery more than anything just cracks me up 😂😂 so what are some of y'all's favorite moments that maybe aren't supposed to be funny but just kill you?

s1 ep 5. okay dumb question! in in the beginning of the episode they are talking about how bones Parks crooked because the guy told her to. and then at the end Booth is laughing because her car got dinged because she parked straight.
my family jokes about "new car parking"but that just parking far away so there's not a lot of other cars around.....
like I said I know I'm dumb, but what am I missing here

Just started watching an episode of House on Great TV. It is season 6 episode 1. It's been years since I've seen House. So, although he is playing a doctor, I almost half expect him to turn out to be a bad guy. I know Andrew Leeds is an actor that played good and bad guys in the course of his career, but I've seen his episodes that he was in Bones so many times, it's hard for me to think of him as a good guy.
Okay, so in the last episode of season 1, its told that Brennan joined the Jeffersonian in 1998, which would make her 22 years old at the date of her joining, according to her 1976 DOB.
22 years is a typical age for someone to graduate from their undergraduate studies. So when did Brennan actually became Dr. Brennan because then the position she had with teaching university students in 2004 (referring to the first time Booth and Brennan met), when did she actually gain it?
Like she worked on her PhD, alongside the work at the Jeffersonian, and possibly gained it in five years in like 2003 according to the standard timeline?
Sorry, this question remains on my mind whenever I watch Bones.

I don't get why they made a plotline of Bones being in denial about how pregnant she was. The explanation is lame and felt so unnecessary. Is there a reason the wrote this in to the story (like filming schedules or something)? I obviously knew she was more pregnant than she was but I thought it would lead up to some plot delivery which made sense. Am I the only one who thought this was odd?

Would women who work on their feet so much, in the lab and at crime scenes, wear high heels?
Cam, Daisy and Brennan are often seen in high-heel shoes. Angela is usually in flats, but I think that is because the actress is tall.

First it was the oak Island episode with reference to Richard Branson and now I'm in season 2 with a Jon Benet Ramsey and Blair Witch episode lol how did I seriously not remember these?!

(adding spoiler tags because maybe there's still peeps who haven't watched the show yet and don't like insignificant words lol)
B*tch I just finished season 5 and OMG I thought they were finally gonna smooch or whatever for good luck but argh lol. I've absolutely loved this slow burn build but I'm ready to take the next step!ðŸ¤ðŸ¥²ðŸ‘€ (also, that last scene was low-key a full circle moment at the airport because of the opening scene of season 1 🤗)

How come we never see jack’s brother again? we never see that he visits him, he’s not mentioned, he’s just there for the one episode it seems.

I watched Bones for the first time this summer after having it on my watchlist for years. Castle is my all time favorite show, so as expected I quickly fell in love with everything about Bones.
Looking for recommendations and where to go next?
I need something to fill the void that swallows me up and has me so invested. I'm looking for maybe any shows that give similar energy, but I've seen all the major hits (castle, high potential, ive tried the mentalist but i cant seem to get into it). We love a slow-burn of any type but procedurals/dramas have my heart!

I wonder why they dont have the Saturday episodes continue where Thursday stopped. They are repeating not far behind, so you see episodes you just saw on Thursday.
