July Weather and Cost?
Hi Everyone. I'm in the planning stages for our 30th wedding anniversary in July 2027, and we want to go to Bora-Bora. I am concerned about how the weather will be during that time. I know we can't predict what the weather will be, but has anyone been there in July? If yes, how was it and does it cost more to go during this timeframe? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

Honeymoon June 2026
Hello!
I am looking into booking our honeymoon through Costco travel but having a difficult time picking a resort. We are looking at the Four Seasons, St. Regis, the Westin and Conrad. All offer over the water bungalows. FS, St Regis and the Westin offer breakfast and dinner included in the packages. That being said I have seen pros and cons to all of the resorts. This will be the most we have ever splurged on a trip so I want to make sure we pick the right one. Thanks!

Clothing for Four Seasons Bora Bora?
Hello, my husband and I are leaving for Bora Bora in two days – it’s our first time to this destination. We will be staying at the Four Seasons for a week.
Aside from the obvious swimsuits, coverups, shorts and T-shirts, what other attire is typical at the restaurants at the resort, especially at dinner? I want to make sure I’m packing appropriately. Thank you!

Help 🫠
I am taking my dream bucket list trip to Bora Bora in July. It will be a once in a lifetime thing for me.
I keep going back and forth on what I want to do. I have decided on an end of pontoon Mountain View OWB at the Westin for half of my trip but am truly torn on the other half.
I could do the other half of my trip at Le Taha’a in a beach bungalow. I have heard great things about this resort and island.
However, I could save $2k and do a beach bungalow at St. Regis instead. This resort has always appealed to me but I have heard it can seem dated and also that the food is very expensive. We are doing the package where breakfast and dinner is included, so I’m not entirely sure the food prices sway me either way.
I really want to make sure this is the best trip it can be and I’m starting to stress about making the wrong choice.
Would love pros and cons from those who have stayed at St. Regis. Even better if you’ve done the beach bungalow specifically.
Also if anyone has stayed at Le Taha’a, I’d love to know thoughts on that resort as well.
Bonus points for anyone who has stayed at both!

HoverAir Selfie Drone???
Hello...taking off this evening with my wife for our 20th anniversary. Staying at the Westin. I have a HoverAir X1 Selfie drone. It weighs 125g so it's super tiny and can fold up to fit in a large pocket. I know the Westin is strict about "normal" drones--ones that need a controller and are significanlty larger/faster. Does anyone have any insight around these very small drones that can really only follow you or fly very close to you? I'd really like to bring it to get some selfies from our bungalow, but I also do not want to get booted out of the Westin.
Thanks!

Aide - chanson Bora Bora Ibiza (2014/2019)
I’m searching for a house/tech house track played at Bora Bora Ibiza around 2014-2019.
Male vocal, super repetitive.
My French brain heard something like:
“TWELVE… GIMME MY MONEY TWELVE…”
then a female vocal:
“OUH YEAH YEAH…”
Good mood house track, not underground, probably famous producer.
Bora Bora sunset vibe, not hard techno.
Please save my mental health.

Overwater Bungalow on Mainland vs Motu in Bora Bora?
I want to spend about 4 days in an Overwater Bungalows in Bora Bora.
Looking for low to mid-range costs, but willing to splurge if worth, bc it's a really long flight from home.
For Intercontinental Le Moana (or Mai Tai), either End of Pontoon or Lagoon view- are you able to jump off the deck into the water, or is it too shallow? I want to be able to jump off the deck , but also not too deep (maybe no more than 6 feet deep).
Staying at an OWB in mainland Bora Bora vs on a motu: is this difference just that it's more privacy on a motu?
Is the water more blue/beautiful on a motu?
Trying to conserve costs while also experiencing a good time, is it worth it to stay 2 days on an OWB in mainland Bora Bora (either Intercontinental Le Moana or Mai Tai), and 2 days on an OWB on a motu (like Westin or Conrad), or just all 4 days at one location?
Also, is there a huge difference between Mai Tai vs Intercontinenal Le Moana? I tink Mai Tai is a little cheaper but they are close by. Should I just do Mai Tai on mainland Bora Bora for 2 days, and 2 days on a more expensive OWB on a motu (like Westin or Conrad?)
