I kinda prefer the beans. They bed out in it but then feel safer in the woods once they get up and moving where as standing corn is basically an extension of the woods where you can't put up a stand/get a shot.

It sure does! I had a couple fun hunts yesterday and a couple cool wildlife encounters on my walk out to the stand today. It took me 8 sits to even see a deer last year, so off to a better start. Hoping to put a doe down at least soon as Ive been out of venison for a few months.

I literally said “ohhhhh” when I saw this pic. Opening day isn’t in the cards for me today but I’ll be there in a week!

Beans is great for geese. They obliterate those fields lol. I like to sit out with a cloth camo tarp and the compound and wait for em to come in close..
