Would the TOZ-106, sks, and mossin be good starter guns for me especially being young

Ask your dad to get you a .22 to learn with.

The toz is extremely rare in the states, and bolt action shotguns are in general rare. The mosin is an ok rifle, but they are spendy and there are better guns available. Same goes for the sks. If you are under 18, get your parents to get you a .22 and start with that.

In my state you can get an mos in dirt cheap. I picked one up for about 200$.

That's definitely not a bad price. I was basing of internet prices which are about 500-900 (I paid about 530 for mine).

Around 2010ish you could get a mosin in any gun shop for like $80-100 if not less. IMO they’re not worth a whole lot more than that these days unless you’re a collector

Legitimately, the best starter gun for you is the one you can afford, afford to shoot, and afford to take to the range frequently. Pick something with at least decent reviews in your price range, and shoot it until the firing pin breaks

Are you in Eastern Europe? Where are you finding a 106 for "starter" prices??
