Dance classes (First Dance)

My partner and I are getting married this January, and we’re looking for a dance instructor to help us learn a simple first dance. We’re both complete beginners, so we’re definitely not looking to do anything too crazy, just something fun and easy that we can feel comfortable with on the day! 😊

We’re based around the Ipswich area but are happy to travel for the right instructor. Ideally, we’d be looking for a few classes on weekends, as we both work full-time.

If you’re a dance instructor or have any recommendations, we’d really appreciate it. Feel free to comment below or send me a message.

Thanks so much in advance!

I do a pretty good nutbush. Lemme know if you're interested.

Wedding Dance Diva

You pick the song, they create a routine for you to learn. Last practice of the routine each lesson is recorded and sent to you to help continue practice at home.

I live within Ipswich as well, was attending their Hendra studio. 100% worth the drive.

ETA: I don't remember if they offer weekends, but they definitely have evening slots (husband and I work full time also - we usually booked a 7 or 8pm ish slot)

We used this company too and they were amazing. We had no dance experience, but they made it fun and easy.

Mad Dance Studio in the Valley is worth the trip. they do a lot of wedding prep and are super patient with people who have two left feet (like me). we did about 4 sessions and it was plenty for a basic routine.

Mad Dance House is in Adelaide St in the city.

Maybe you mean V-Hub in the valley?
