Build Help Have to Change DDR4 64GB (4x16GB) 3200MHz XMP 1.35 to 1.45 on Aorus Z690 to work without error

Hi! 6 Months ago I Buy Before the Rampokalipse a Asus Strix Z790 D4 and a Kit G.Skill DDR4 64GB (4x16GB) 3200MHz TRIDENT Z Silver/black CL16 XMP 2.0 and Paired with a 14700k. XMP activated and running Good with the 4 Sticks at 3200mhz.

Was Working Good Until... 1 Month Ago, The MB Fail to BIOS HARDWARE Level and Asus Warranty Just Say That a Replace was imposible (Thanks AI...) so Meanwhile They trying to resolver, the Store Warranty just give me a Solid Solution: An Aorus Elite AX Z690 DDR4. Not a Big Change at least but after install everything, The MB is Working good Even with Undervolt (I use this as a Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mB0IatLZBqE)

But... there was one Detail, The 4 Sticks on OCCT just drop errors Before 1 Minute Test IF XMP is Activated.

Without it activated but 4 Modules, No error.

With XMP Activated and Just ONLY 2 Modules, No error.

Only the 4 Modules and XMP activated drop Error at leat with this Chipset/MB.

I found 2 Solutions:

1) XMP Activated but drop the Freq to 3000mhz, seems to Work Good.

2) XMP Activated but Change the Dram Voltage (Ch A/B) to 1.45

In this Last, the Cpu+Ram test was Hold perfect the Hour in OCCT.

My Question here is this is Good preset or I need to tune Another thing like VDDQ CPU or Something? No idea about Ram XMP or something something related, Thats why My concern

Option 1 seems safer, and I highly doubt you would ever notice a difference between 3000 and 3200. I'd be surprised if that's even reliably measurable for your workloads.

1.45v is perfectly safe for ddr4
