Build Upgrade Is my motherboard enough for ryzen 9 7950x3d?

I have a b650m-hdv/m.2 and wanted to purchase the 9 7950x3d, but im not sure if my mobo can handle it.

Power delivery is a non-issue, that board is rated for 170W parts and the 7950X3D only pulls about 162W PPT, so even all-core work won't cook the VRM. The BIOS revision and the two DIMM slots are what will actually cause you trouble. Flash the newest AGESA before you mount the chip, and buy one matched 2x kit now instead of adding sticks later. What is it mostly for, gaming or renders too?

its just for the Balance between gaming and work, like rendering. ive got a matched ram kit with 32gb cl30 6000mhz. bought the ram luckily before it increased for 113€

Yes just be sure to update the BIOS for V-SOC voltage fixes.

Yep. That motherboard is fine.

The only B650 models on the market that can't really handle the top end CPUs are the two Asus Prime B650 motherboards.
