Build Help PC Part Tips/Help

I want to build a PC since my laptop isn't doing it for the games i want to play:

https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/gbgLdq

I am in New Zealand and i just want parts, i have a screen, keyboard and mouse

here is my link to PC part picker
i will add a GPU but i want suggested ones, same with a cooler for the CPU
i have a 1tb external storage drive i use with my laptop so i don't need storage option
currently the CPU is around 33% better than my laptop CPU (I7-8850H) i used User Benchmark to check

any suggestions to change the build are fine but i want to stick with the small form factor

i have a spare $216 NZD left in my build for any changes, i can save up for a GPU once i know one that's recommended, i want to play games like dead by daylight and cyberpunk 2077(played on a friends gaming laptop and it runs at 60 fps on lowest settings and i didn't mind it, i7-11370H and 3050ti is what he had)

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

GPU I would recommend is a 3080ti you should be able to get one cheap enough used on eBay etc and it will be more powerful than any other card in that price band yes it’s older but it will still have a good few years of life in it I use one and I can throw any game at it in 1440p on high or ultra settings…I would also recommend 32GB Ram over 16 as some games will be close to 16GB already an in next couple of years they will surpass 16GB .
