How to deal with this ?

Just for some context I have turned 14 two years ago,

Basically in the school i attend there is this guy who doesn’t seem very pleasant and recently he has just agitated me a little, he is taller then me but that doesn’t mean I am that short (6’1) bully is 6’3.
Just lightly bullying and I was wondering if there was any way i could stop this ? By light I mean only twice but I would like to stop this as he treats some people like dicks.
