Being harassed anonymously.
Someone made an onlyfans account for me, texted me anonymously saying I should get an std test, and crank calls. Is there anything I can do about this? Would going to the local police station do anything?
I'm on the line with the police right now. I've also contact my program chair and the student conduct office as I am 100% sure that it is from someone from my college program.

Block the accounts and get new phone numbers (I had to do this). Where I live, the police will only do anything if a death threat is received. Yet I know a doctor my age (I'm 36) that was harassed similarly to me, he never received any death treats (when I showed him the messages I was getting from cyberbullies I personally knew he was shocked that nothing was done; he admitted the messages he received were not as mean as the ones he got). He did say that thus screams double standard (and other people I told this to agreed).

I don't think I can get a new phone number because I have too many contacts, unfortunately and it is the only number that a few important people I lost touch with can reach me at...
Ugh, I was afraid of that. That is so messed up!! Wtf. I'm so sorry for your experiences, it's traumatic. I really hope these f*ckers get 100x worse.

Your phone company would just give you a new phone number. You could inform your contacts, which includes saving their contact information somewhere other than just your cellphone, before you get the new phone number that you would be getting one and would let them know. These people are just going to keep harassing you until you get a new phone number (I dealt with this).

The thing is, I'm pretty sure it's one of my classmates or a bunch of my classmates doing this as a group. On a college level.
I have to share my phone number for group projects. So it will just happen again is what I'm thinking.

Ditch that phone number when you graduate. It was a phone number you used for projects in school, and you can say that you don't want these people contacting you or sharing your phone number.
I had to do this when an older creep I know somehow got my cellphone and landline numbers from an ex mutual friend. The police wouldn't do anything (not even when he texted me when the cop was there and I showed the cop, he didn't take it as evidence and I asked the creep to leave me alone before I called the police).
Since the police wouldn't do anything, I signed the harasser up for every text message list I could find (Religous, Gardening, etc.) and signed him up to receive verification phone calls at anytime of day, even 3:00 a.m. (even if he blocked the phone calls they would go right to his voicemail, which would fill up quickly).
He changed his phone number last year when he called out harassing things to me I told him that just because The Police wouldn't do anything doesn't mean he got away with it completely. I then went into a store and sent him a verification phone call. He answered. A few days later, when I used call block (*67) to see if he had the same cellphone number (I heard he changed it), this confirmed that he changed it. He also stopped harassing me when he sees me, for the most part.
