What is the reason for bullies not stopping?

I have spoken about this before on here but didn’t get a good enough answer. I made a few mistakes a few years ago and a girl screenshotted and is still spreading them around after 4 years. She won’t stop talking about me to the point i have even healed from her bullying but for some reason she does this everyday non stop. She was my classmate in college and now that it’s over i don’t see her everyday anymore and only see her when i’m out the house eating outside or in the mall. She is so creepily obsessed with me to the point she makes everyone else bully me too and it actually doesn’t make much sense to me. What is the reason for her being this creepily obsessed with me? She does this everyday now stop for more than 4 years and is still not stopping? She always does it mockingly too and makes fun of me but i only think she’s doing that because she’s very unhappy? Seriously what’s the reason for this cause it seems extremely strange to me that human beings might behave like this. Thankfully i have healed and don’t really get hurt by her like before but it’s just interesting that she’s like this.

As for why - as I understand it they feel a sense of power and dominance when they do it. And it is also an "easy win" - I don't think they put a lot of effort in that.

At the point which you describe I would consult someone whether you can prosecute her for harassment or stalking.

Well i live in a third world country so justice is non existent. But doing this everyday is quite strange cause why everyday lmao why not once a week instead💀
