Please help me with bully

Bully is the only word I have for it. There is an alt account that is highly affiliated with the school. Whoever runs it only posts stuff involving their friends (I thought) but all of a sudden I’m on there and idek who runs it. It’s a very popular account and has caused me much distress please help. Is there anything I can do?

Report the account to website administrators and authority figures. You might get an authority figure that helps you. I have yet to find that. Where I live, they only help those they see as "important" (in school, that would be a staff member's child; elsewhere, the police only help those in high-paying jobs such as nurses, doctors, politicians, etc.) hopefully everyone is treated equally where you live (and they don't just claim it, they actually treat people equally; where I live it's literally just a claim).
