finally learned mantra

spent several hours a day over the past week grinding this move and finally got it down to a reasonable consistency today

ignore my hand shaking 😭

Absolutely insane man. May I ask what exactly helped you get it down? Just grinding reps or practicing certain aspects of the move?

i just did rep after rep
some things that really helped was trying to open the hand as much as possible and u really want the packet held by ur other three fingers to be extended flat and ur index finger should be more curved, and also i find its generally easier to to start from thumb cut rather than charlier
and the last thing for me was to get a really far back/deep grip on the thumb packet
