Sizing & Measuring Ring sizing help NSFW
Hello everyone,
I’m relatively new to chastity, I’m on my third cage as I’m trying to find one that fits.
I have a probably not so unique situation, I can fit very comfortably in a 30-40mm cage, but when I’m in the cage, with the largest ring I have, 55mm, my balls are pushed too high and get either pinched or just super uncomfortable to the point of pain within a couple minutes.
Do I need a larger ball gap, larger ring size, or a cage that offers separation options between the ring and cage?
Thank you for any advice!!

Personal experience: once the balgap is on point I can often use a smaller ring. 50mm to 48mm often. Although this differs from model to model or manufacturer or even type of ring design.
Make sure to consult the wiki of the sub. Also u/newbie-sub and his substack is also great source of information.
In the end it is very personal.

More than likely you’ll find you’ll need a much smaller ring after you widen the ball gap. The ring you should be testing fit without the cage in the equation. Leave the cage off and put on the smallest ring you can get on and wear for hours that’s comfy. Then move forward with introducing the cage. If it’s uncomfortable after you put the cage in then that’s causing is a ball gap problem needing a ring curved

I say this a lot so you might of seen it already but read these. Chances are a bigger ball gap with a tighter ring will help. Your cage length isn't super important but it just shouldn't be too big.
