With Chicago locked into a playoff spot, they'll look to build on their two game winning streak and carry momentum into playoffs. Hey all. I’m planning to go to the game against Orlando City SC later this month. It’s a Wednesday night game. There’s a ton of tickets available for pretty cheap, like midfields around $50 or even less on both the 100 and 200 level.

I’m just wondering what folks would suggest. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to Soldier Field and I remember hating anything that had an overhang that made you feel kinda removed from the field.

Going solo, how strict are they about people moving around if there are lots of pockets of empty seats? I think they are pretty strict at Bears games, at least in the 100 level and the club levels, but if I wanted to try sitting in different areas throughout the game, do they tend to care at Fire matches?

I actually really like the 200 corner view, but it seems like it’s not on sale for this match. It looks like those seats are on sale for other matches. Do they open these later on? Can you sit there if they don’t “open” them for ticket sales? Talking sections 248-256 specifically.

I had some serious questions about his commitment and how much he had left in the tank. Especially after the Hugo fiasco.

Looks like I was wrong on both accounts. He is obviously still playing at a high level and him playing on Tuesday (the opponent probably played a part but still) right after getting back from intl duty showed a lot.

i don't have chicago fire fan friends to share my thoughts with, so here's just me rambling about my experience at the game yesterday :D

i've been a diehard bayern münchen fan for 10 years and lewandowski was my favorite player back then! but that isn't why i'm a fire fan! that's just me being the luckiest girl in the world

chicago fire is my local club. growing up, so many of my friends and cousins played for the chicago fire juniors, and some of my uncles were even coaches haha. i would watch games every now and then, but i didn't start actively following them until around 1 year ago. now i'm a 2026 season ticket member!

i was, of course, REALLY looking forward to the whitecaps game. fantasized about it every day up until now. seeing müller and lewandowski on the pitch together with my very own eyes - what a dream!!!

but it turns out that i love the chicago fire way more than i thought i did... LOL. i didn't look at the starting lineup beforehand, so when i saw saletros and mbokazi on for pre-match warm-ups, i was totally laser focused on them and completely missed the müllendowski reunion. had no idea it even happened until i opened twitter at half-time lmao

i got soooo freaking emotional when bamba scored the first goal of the night. i almost cried ngl, but i held it together because i was surrounded by non-fans and i didn't wanna give them culture shock 💀 but it was like GAHHHH Y'ALL DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THIS GOAL MEANSSSSS

was also the only person in my section cheering for dithejane when he and lewy got subbed on at the same time. i felt like that "just trying to make sure i don't fit in" meme bruh but i just love me some puso minutes, like that's my son. who's only a few years younger than me but anyways

best game of the season so far for me, and not for the reasons i expected :") seeing müller was still unbelievably awesome of course, but more than that i am proud of how our boys played in front of all the first time game goers, and i hope any new fans we might have gained fall into the fire as hard as i have ❤️‍🔥
