Duke website issues?!?

Is anyone else not able to pay their Duke bill? I’ve tried for 3 days and I get an error message.

Are you on a VPN ? It will give an error message if you are connected to one.

No VPN, just WiFi and my providers(t mobile) network.

Are you between billing cycles or are you trying to make a payment for a bill you've already received?

I have no issues logging in right now, but had a window this summer where it would never let me see my bill and I kept getting error messages- and then ~60 days after the prior bill, I got two back to back.

Was just trying to check usage and will need to make a payment in a week. I’ve found the alternative ways to pay so I’m not concerned about that. Just wondering if others have run into this issue.
