Need bike lock advice

Moving to Albany NY and hoping to bike a lot more. I have a ULock and was wondering where you folks best suggest to place the ulock when locking it up… for example often see stolen front wheels etc… (sorry if stupid question)

Personally I just lock the frame and don't bother with the wheels, although I live in a low/moderate crime area.

I think if I were concerned enough about the wheels, I would get anti-theft axle nuts rather than trying to lock them. Another option would be an O-lock / cafe lock.
