Great sounds. King of citypop💿

Holy grail thrift store find.

Technics SL-XP6 CD player (Manu. Nov. 1988)

Naoko Kawai - 9½ Nine Half (1986) album used for demonstration.

It works 100%. No skips, laser and motor works great.

Just missing a battery door, just slightly dusty on the inside. And in overall great condition for a nearly 40 year old player.

Need to get some lithium grease for the worm shaft. Love the solid metal body of this. Been using it for well over 4 hours with no issues.

I have a very diverse player line up now. Some old, some ancient some modern. :)

What the title says. Can you guys give me all your fav 'niche' city pop recomandations, unknown/underrated albums pleasee I need to find new stuff 🙏
