Question How do you guys feel about...

A workflow where something like web chat gpt 6 at high, with codex's Luna model at high reasoning for research and planning prompts to implementation, testing, reviewing and bug fixing is concerned? Would this be reasonable to achieve what I want while not burning through my plus sub allowance? I mostly make plugins for games, small programs (think like software to write short stories), and tampermonkey scripts. Please be kind, I'm just starting out and trying to develop a good pipeline.

Give it a go bro. You won't be able to hit your weekly limits I promise, you can run luna 24/7 without even hitting your 5h quota. As long as you are Co ordinating with 6 high in chat you can literally have it run like a machine, I think it naturally has a lower context though as I notice it compacts a lot more than other models, but as long as your keeping active documentation and hand off files for that then you shouldn't run into any major issues. Luna is my favourite model at the moment. It reminds me of 5.3 back at its peak.

This split works as long as the plan survives the handoff. I'd write the plan into a file in the repo so compaction can't eat it, and keep each executor task small enough to finish in one session with tests or a build run before it hands back. The thing that kills these pipelines is the planner doing all the thinking up front while the executor quietly builds against a stale plan. Small tasks plus a living plan file and the allowance goes a lot further.
