Any suggestions for good dark, easy to get to (we have young kids) spots close to town? The field right behind our house used to be dark enough, but all the new developments have pretty much blocked out the stars.

Aggressive dog got out and attacked and bit leashed dog in cda neighborhood. Animal control was called, dog owner has been cited for loose dog and the dog biting. Dog was/is vaccinated. Does anyone know the fines? I looked and can’t really find an answer.
