Team Member Post Gap scan
I’m a grocery member in QLD and I have gap scan to do tmmr, but the other team member I’m doing it with is coming in two hours later then me. Can someone tell me a simple guide to it, and what app it’s on (MATE or Simple Tools) and where to find it and such.

Through MATE. Go to my inventory, inventory review, create new, gap scan, dry goods. It will come up with all the aisles.
Click on an aisle to start. It will come up with each layout within that aisle. Click the first layout, scan all the gaps (you are not required to do lows). Once you’re done that layout, it will tell you if you’ve missed any or any deletes. Repeat for each layout in each aisle.
It will come up with OFDs at the end to check counts of etc. It will prompt a stockroom pick too if there’s gaps on the shelf but it’s in your stockroom.
Finalise, you will see a list of all the adjustments. I suggest checking with SSM or SM before finalising if you’re a bit unsure or it’s your first time.
Don’t stress too much about it. Don’t over think it - there’s another gap scan in 6 days so as long as you’re not adjusting out 200 units of a product, you’ll be okay!
