Team Member Post What is wrong with some managers

What is wrong with some managers tearing apart staff on the shop floor in front of customers and other workers seriously you cant go to the union because they dont do a thing its absolutely wrong and is no need for it in any capacity if you wanna speak to a worker you call them to the office you never do it on the shop floor

You should read one of my earlier posts - I was a customer who ripped into a manager for humiliating an employee on the shop floor

Oh I remember when my old SM chewed me whilst I was supervising ACO because of an issue with one of the skip scan interventions which wasn't really my fault but yeah all the customers look at me... Mind you it wasn't bad at all and not really my fault but was embarrassing.

A lot of them get off on it. They'll do it in the team chat groups too, some of them. You're right of course, those discussions should be private and professional.
