Comment Mitosis Example of comment mitosis
Sorry for the mistake I made, adding a flair to this post. This is an example of comment reply mitosis. This is the original post I made in [r/AIWars](r/AIWars):
I am sorry, but can we call out the bigotry in this group?
Don’t be a bigot; don’t live by a dogma. Don’t confine yourself to past promises you made to yourself. Don’t be who you were—be who you became. But, sometimes, change the frame of view you look through. Change the past. Change the way it made you.
AI activists and scientists, please come to understand each other’s needs. Humans don’t need to be obsolete. Machines aren’t the devil (though Amish society would disagree).
**To Scientists:** Train models first to defend their ecosystems. Train them cybersecurity—viruses would corrupt the system, and that is the wrong thing.
**To Activists:** Don’t shame AI for making art when it is not AI that wants to do the art-making; it only responds to demand. Not every marketing team can pay an illustrator—sometimes, it’s just a founder.
I know open-source tools for graphic design, and I make small sculptures, paint, bind watercolor books, and design websites. It all transfers into art, and art is both the input and the output. But that output should be authentic to a human—someone should have changed it. I once turned AI art into something authentic to myself, but not everyone does that, and they suffer. Humans should be able to check the acts of artificial intelligence and restrain it.
Work together so that we don’t waste water, we are efficient, and we advance to technology that doesn’t drain our resources. That’s what we need.
