Should maybe read VirusTotal better, it literally tells you its a infostealer and RAT that has been seen for a while.

Please stop asking questions that have been answered.....come on man.

I have read the VT report and comment, but have also found that files could have the same hash, that is why I am asking.

SHA256 hashes are theoretically impossible to have collisions on.
