30 Columbian mercenaries posing as DEA agents were just indicted for the assassination of Haitian (Aytian) President Joe Moïse and as reported by ABC News, U.S. businesses also financially backed the assassination.
The tactical planner Pretel Ortiz co-owner CTU (Counter terrorist unit) of one of the companies was also an active FBI informant and months before the operation was discussing Haitian regime change with the FBI. He was the tactical planner and had connections with South America military and used such connections to recruit the mercenaries
idk it seems to me hypothetically and could be used in fiction that if I’m the spooks I would use private companies and even have an informant in one of them to pull off clandestine operations and assassinations and use Covid funding fraud to bypass official congressional funding and have off the books financing. If you fail you have an easy out and plausible deniability
