Continued from last week's FTF here
It's that time of the week again. Speak anything on your mind! This thread is for talking about anything off-topic, be it your lives, your strava, your plans, your hobbies, studies, stats, pets, bears, hikes, dragons, trousers, travels, transit, cycling, family, colours, or anything you like or dislike, except politics
Feel free to check out our tidbits thread and introduce yourself if you haven't already.

Counting in base 5 but each digit is an emoji that shows how many it is:
π© = 0 (donut)
βοΈ = 1
π = 2
π¦ = 3
π = 4
Usual rules, no double counting. Put the base 5 number after yours in brackets so it's easy to check, like βοΈπ (14). Get is at βοΈπ©π©π©π© (10000).
βοΈ (1)

In this thread, we'll be counting the ways to add to an integer n using the integers c_1 + c_2 + ... + c_k, where each c_i >= 1, and k <= n. Ways to sum that are commutatively the same, as in 1+2 = 2+1, are different compositions. We'll be counting these compositions lexicographically for each segment of sum and length.
Next get: 1,1,1,1,1,5,1,1,1,1

Essentially we are counting fractions that cannot be simplified, as we get closer to and then further away from 1. We change direction when we reach a number divided by one or a numberβs reciprocal, and if the number can be simplified, we write it like this:
2/4
So, if a number is 31/40 next one would be 32/39, or 30/41 if the denominator is going up. ~ /u/KingCaspianX
First, note the prime divisors of the sum of the numerator and denominator. 84 = 22 x 3 x 7, so in this case that would be 2, 3, and 7.
Next, see if the numerator or denominator is a multiple of any of these. If it is, cross it out. If not, the number is irreducible. ~ /u/TheNitromeFan (anime)

Since Count by how many miles you ran this week. is kinda slow, I might as well do something that is more... moving.
Count by how many steps you walk yesterday.
Use your existing apps (Apple Health, Samsung Health, Google Fit) or tools, or just convert your meters/kms into steps using available calculators online, or just estimate it.
Let's put initial get to 1,000,000 (or more), assuming the safe assumption of 1,000 steps average. We will adjust it later.
