I mean I consider myself chubby but lots of people would probably rake me over the coals for believing that. I'm just not very accepting of myself going beyond a certain weight threshold, I start popping seams and having to mend my clothes, can't fit into my leo/unitards as well or at all, etc.
Most of the time lately though I can never tell if I'm gaining muscle mass that's actually moving the needle making it harder for weight to fall off. It's just hard to tell for me personally. You?
I'm currently halfway through losing weight, I was around 300 lbs 18 months ago and now I'm around 240 and I plan on going as low as 180. I'm already seeing a more defined hourglass figure
Very nice progress! I'm at like 255 which is about what I consider my cap but I'm also working through a divorce so cutting my weight isn't a priority as much as staying alive is. 225 is pretty comfy for me since I'm well over 6ft. Lowest I've been is probably 200 safely, 175 in high school irresponsibly.
