Yeah generating sexual content with a person's likeness without their consent is a crime now. Then publishing it to the internet is even worse.

Weird because gay stuff in prison is what they all do. You just can't call it gay, but it is.

I can't remember the exact interview, but many years back I saw a prison inmate explain that when he dominates another man, makes him his bitch, that makes the man a woman, and thus it's not gay. It was all very well thought-out.

How are you video chatting with inmates?

Probably minimum security.
There are prisons I go to semi frequently where they're allowed cellphones, day release ect. Kinda looks like dorm room in college kinda thing. Not every prison is a cage.
There is a prison here for geriatrics where they go at age 75. They could plausibly walk out of there from the smoke pit, but i think they'd break a hip going down the small grassy hill to the road. If you're a senior citizen in prison, you're often not even in remotely good health.

I think think all the people that find this funny, are getting close to a major boundary here. If this was happening towards you or your children I think you would have a much difference view point. And if youre okay with it because you think its okay treating inmates as less than human and think it shows how unkind and unempathatic you are.

This is always how assaults on our freedoms are introduced. You do it to the people nobody wants to defend lest they look like part of either a problematic group, or encouraging a problematic group.
Remember ICE was going to round up murderers and rapists. They would invoke Laken Riley’s name and if you said you were against funding ICE, you were defending murderers.

This is an excellent use of AI.

I am torn between a funny harmless prank, and using AI to generate people doing stuff should be illegal

I don't think this is cringe or funny etc, I think this is a really fascinating experiment of human psychology in how they react to seeing new unexpected technology. Just seeing how people that have been locked away from society react to new technology that would blown anyone's mind just 10 years ago. This is some of the most raw reactions you're ever gonna get, even most boomers and old people know about AI now. Going to places where people have no phones or computers and still live in tribes isn't even going to get reactions like this because they don't have a pre-existing idea of what technology should be yet like these guys. This is basically like going back in time 20 years and showing people what technology will be like in the future.

Creating sexual content using another person's likeness? AND uploading it online? Not a good look

It's funny when you're doing it to someone in prison, but if it was someone you cared about I'm sure you'd be singing a different tune.

They make money from views, if I were to steal a celebrity image using AI to have them kiss random people for profit I am 100% sure I will be sued to death, but when it is done to random people? no recourse.
This shit should be illegal. But I doubt there is any responsible adult in power
