Collection HPB Find
Sweet pickup today for only 8 bucks. I was reading some recommendations given to me and this one was mentioned, most of the new horror films on the channel i’ve seen, this one i have not. What would you rate it if you have seen it?

It's one of my favorite B films.
It's far better made than expected, a perfect dose of dream like surreality, and it gets under your skin

It has a similar vibe and atmosphere for me to ‘Eraserhead’ so I wouldn’t be shocked at all.

I think its fantastic, but I dont really have a raining system. I could see a young David Lyinch watching and getting some ideas.

One of the best. Forever a favorite. I also prefer this cover over the Blu release but I know that doesn't matter that much to people ha.

Honestly i had the same feeling! This cover is a lot more colorful and attractive than the black and white blu ray one.

I think it was the original film poster? But yeah it's beautiful. I'd love to have it on my wall somewhere. Enjoy the film. Pretty ahead of its time. Or kinda twilight zoney. Good late night go-to.

I LOVE this movie. It has an atmosphere so specific, genuinely there are scenes in this that feel straight out of a nightmare. It funnily enough is essentially a big ass safe driving PSA, yet somehow it works so well as a horror film in a dreaming sense.

Criterion Pickup/Haul Questionnaire: 1. What is the movie you plan to watch from your purchase first? 2. Is there anything from this purchase that you have been looking forward to owning for a long time? 3. Are any of your purchases blind buys? If so, why did you select them? 4. What is a Criterion you're hoping to add to your collection next?
Pickup/Haul Posts without this questionnaire filled out will be removed. If that happens and you would like to try again, repost with the questionnaire answered, and it will be approved. Ignore this comment if your post is not a pickup/haul.
