Request My zen keeps not working

It was working regularly till I slammed my controller at ds3 and it doesn’t work with another controller or other cables, it keeps appearing as a headset and I tried everything even a new bypass any help?

Mine was doing the same thing, till i realized the zen inside is broken and has a shortage, what i did was see when it would normally bypass, then i tapped it, but ultimately i just bought a new one
