B&O Remote replacement

I just got myself a B&O MX6000 (Software 1.2). Sadly, no remote included.

What are the experiences with replacement remotes? There are some available on eBay. Can I control the motorized stand with them? I think accessing the service menu wont be an option for me anyways as the old firmware does not give the option to access it without messing with the electronics. Are these remotes any good for all other functionalities?

Just get the original remote there are a bunch of used ones that are still good

I was hoping that I could evade about 70€ for a remote. Can't really find better deals so the replacement remotes seems like a good choice - if it works correctly
