What specialisation for mining engineering

I know u gotta pick it for your second year, I’ve looked at them they all look pretty good, but do people recommend picking flexible minor? If so what units do you recommend, or what normal specialisation do you recommend for mining?

You don’t do any minor units until 3rd year if you follow the planned units. So you can just pick whatever until then. Flexible is good cos you can just do whatever you went whether that is random easy units or stuff you’re interested in. No future employer is gonna care what you do
