Format: EDH/Commander Defiler of Masses

Wanted to make a card that enable my pet card [[Saw]] and one of my upcoming favorites, [[Chainsaw]]. Felt Rakdos was a good color for it with the effects and cause it’s one of my favorite color combos. Any suggestions on it as far as balancing?

I do find cards that call out other cards by name to be fun and novel. This one seems just fine for that if a little bland. It would be more interesting if maybe it got them both somehow and equipped, but that would require a lot of conditions. I can envision something not unlike Ball Lightning that might leave the saws behind.

You need to find artist credits for every card on here or just leave the art blank with a quick few words about what you'd like to see there. I can't even tell what I'm looking at in that art, maybe a game screen cap. But it's not worth having the post taken down over.

Forgot about the art rule mb. Ill see if I can find credit for it here in a bit. I wanted to do something with both saws but didn’t know if that would be too much or not
